Creative industries are the fastest growing sector of the economy in the European Union, and their increasingly important role in the economy can be attributed to the dynamic development of information and communication technologies, the increasing importance of knowledge, research and innovation, and the shift to the production/consumption of "symbolic goods".
Due to these facts, but also the context of international migration and geopolitical trends, this year's international scientific conference Creative Future Insights addresses the topics of migration, integration of other cultures, the potential of multiculturalism for the Croatian economy and creative industry, and the impact of multiculturalism on work environments.
