As part of the course Media Relations and Public Relations Techniques at VERN's undergraduate study program in Public Relations , a panel was held on the topic "What does cooperation between journalists and PR professionals look like in practice?", at which representatives of the media and PR sectors exchanged opinions and advice on how PR should cooperate with journalists and vice versa.
The panel was attended by experts from various sectors, including students and alumni of VERN: Nika Aurora Ključarić , journalist at the Net.hr portal, Luka Lajić , PR manager at the Galerija agency, Sven Tubak , journalist at Mediaservis, Mirela Biškup , expert for media relations at the Zagreb City Council, Vanja Koljan , assistant executive director for communications at VERN, and Ilija Radić , journalist at RTL television.

The discussion was moderated by Professor Marija Slijepčević , and since there were also students from the Journalism program , the general goal was to present to students what cooperation with the media looks like, to introduce them to the views of journalists and editors, to recommend good habits for successful cooperation with journalists, and to share with them examples from the everyday business life of journalists and PR professionals.
