"Shadows of Crime" is this year's film produced by VERN that will be screened at the festival and is one of seven short feature films in the selection of the same name.
Nakon nagrade publike na Tabor Film Festivalu i nagrade žirija na Trash Film Festivalu u Varaždinu, film „Sjene Zločina“ VERN’ovog studenta Gorana Lovrenščaka ušao je u natjecateljsku konkurenciju na 33. Danima hrvatskog filma koji će se održati od 17. do 20. listopada u Karlovcu.
Goran is currently a 2nd year graduate student in Film and Television Directing and Production , and "Shadows of Crime", Goran's final work from his undergraduate studies, is this year's film produced by VERN and will be screened at DHF.
Interestingly, in the same selection – "Short Feature Film" – the film by VERN's lecturer Nebojša Slijepčević "The Man Who Couldn't Keep Silent" will also be screened, which won the "Palme d'Or" at this year's Cannes Film Festival.
Days of Croatian Film are one of the most important film events in Croatia, which includes the presentation of current domestic production in all forms, with a special emphasis on "short and medium-length films".
