Key indicators
VERN' today runs a total of 10 undergraduate and 7 graduate degree programs, with more than 1,800 students studying, while VERN's alumni network has more than 6,000 members.
Projects
The organization and implementation of various projects is one of the key competitive determinants of our institution. The projects in which we participate, in cooperation with various stakeholders from education and the economy, provide us with high-quality and realistic insights into trends in today's society.
History and development
VERN' began its academic development back in 1994 as the first Croatian private business higher education institution, which, during its transformation into a respectable academic institution, introduced an entrepreneurial mindset and entrepreneurial business culture to Croatian higher education.

Contemporary Topics Magazine
Contemporary Topics is an international scholarly journal published by VERN' University of Applied Sciences, and contains previously unpublished papers in political science, sociology, communication sciences, and contemporary history dealing with the region of Southeast Europe. The journal publishes papers once a year, in Croatian and English, and is freely available online.
