The publication of the scientific journal Suvremene teme is a significant component of the publishing activities of VERN' University. It is an international scientific journal for social sciences and humanities of a multidisciplinary nature. The journal is indexed in the ProQuest database, publishes papers in Croatian and English, and is freely available online. It is also published on Hrčak, a central portal that gathers Croatian scientific and professional journals that offer open access to their works in one place.

Business and communications - professional magazine

With the aim of further encouraging the professional activities of teachers, VERN' University has launched a professional journal, which will publish professional, comprehensive and practically oriented papers in the field of business, communications and other topics under the title "Business and Communications" . In addition to internal capacities, the goal is to encourage professional development and exchange of experiences in the academic and wider professional community.

Magazines in the library collection

The library collection of VERN' University, among other things, includes 12 journals in active subscription, with an emphasis on the fields of economics, communication sciences, management, tourism, and computer science.

Also, employees and students have access to a total of one electronic journal and eight bibliographic databases, including the Emerald database , subscribed with the University's own funds. Through this database, teachers and students of the University have access to more than 450 journals, 8,800 e-books, 1,500 case studies and other sources crucial for the development of the teaching and scientific process at the University.
