The festival screened five short feature films directed by students.
A true festival setting for student films, as the new student film festival "Playbox Shorts" has been characterized from the beginning, has proven to be an attractive setting for a wider audience as well.
At the first edition of this festival, which was started by VERN's student Karlo Gagulić , and which was held in mid-October, the audience supported the presented novelties and young hopes of the Croatian and regional film industry in the best possible way through a full auditorium.
All five films premiered, three of which were Croatian and one each from Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
