More importantly, he must carefully select the projects that will be realized and which ones could be watched. And of course, he must be creative.
"For example, if you read a script and you don't have money, and you have to decide, together with the director, who didn't write the script, which scenes are going to go out. You have to agree with the whole team, primarily with the screenwriter and director, and cut something that won't affect the film itself or figure out how to reshape it in the script... That's just in terms of finances, and you collaborate on all sectors in the film, from the directing sector, the organizational sector,..." explains Dr. Ivan Maloča, producer and lecturer at VERN's undergraduate study program in Film, Television and Multimedia Design.
