The VERN' University running teams – men's and women's – competed at the University Cross Country Championships of the City of Zagreb (UniSport ZG) at the end of October, which took place on Lake Bundek.
Given the continued growth of the running community and the popularization of running, this year's competition was exceptionally large and strong. A total of 70 male and 92 female students participated, competing in individual competition, as well as for the faculty's team placement.
Considering the results achieved and the number of points collected, our students took an excellent 4th place in the team standings of all faculties .
Looking at the categories, the female students achieved an excellent 4th place as a team, while the male students came in fifth.
