The Soundset plavog radio show, Teenologija, featured guests Andro Bunić, representative of the winning team, Gordana Ćorić, lecturer at VERN', and Ivana Trušček Prenkpalaj, Campus Director of this year's competition.
After winning the national final pitch of the global HULT Prize competition held at VERN' in December, our students attracted media interest with their idea of harnessing energy to improve human lives.
As a reminder, students Andro Bunić , Jakov Bajić , Petar Fruk and Moreno Pavličić (SENTO Solutions team) designed a USB stick based on the theme of this year's competition - "how to improve the lives of 10 million people by 2025 by harnessing energy" - that encourages residents to monitor energy consumption and plan savings.
Although they had initially considered continuing the competition in the regional finals in San Francisco, they later decided to continue competing at the HULT Prize regional finals in Dubai.
They explained what kind of global competition it is, how our students compete with teams from the world's best universities, and what idea is behind this innovative USB stick for the Soundset plavog radio show, Teenologija:
