How does the coworking concept work? What are the advantages of working in such office spaces?

The students of VERN's undergraduate study Internet of Things learned the answers to these and other interesting questions at a field lesson in HUB 385.
Our students and professor M.Sc. sc. Gordana Ćorić , holder of the course Management for start-up companies 2 , was hosted by Ivana Radić , head of community and communications, in the premises of HUB, who took them through the entire coworking space.

Future IoT experts, among whom will logically include the initiators of various startup initiatives, visited offices for rent, got to know the office infrastructure, saw what amenities they could use (meeting room, break room, kitchen, 3D printer, etc.), and learned why the coworking and office sharing concept is suitable for beginner entrepreneurs.
One of the special advantages of working in such a space is the possibility of sharing knowledge among entrepreneurs, so it is increasingly common among recipients of self-employment support.
After the visit, our students were able to compare HUB385's approach with that of other coworking spaces, and other VERN's students and the public, for whom HUB385 is holding an Open Week that lasts until December 1st , will also have the opportunity to see all the advantages. On this occasion, student Ivan Matuna , who worked at the Technology Park for several years, also shared his coworking experiences, and he also visited the Osijek BIOS and compared the advantages of each community in detail.
