The guest shared her own experiences with branding her business project with the students and explained what activities need to be carried out in order to maintain a continuous public presence.

Founder and director of the lifestyle portal Journal.hr, successful entrepreneur Iva Radić, was a guest at the Personal Public Relations course, where she gave a lecture on the topic of personal branding as part of her classes for students.
Since her lifestyle portal is positioned as a leader in its niche, and is successfully navigating entrepreneurial waters, the guest described to the students in more detail how she first branded herself in her former modeling career, and later her own entrepreneurial project, for whose success she also owes credit to her team.
"Anyone who has started their own business knows that it is a journey into the unknown, full of sleepless nights, lots of worries, uncertainty, questioning... But when a person looks back, they realize that every success is the fruit of vision, great enthusiasm, personal commitment and work on themselves, but also the work of the entire team gathered around a project. The team of people is the most important thing in any business," she pointed out.
She emphasized to the students that "knowledge is the only certainty in life" and that it is necessary to constantly invest in knowledge, and that it is sometimes useful to reconsider your decisions.
"I always look ahead and raise the bar for myself and my team, but I admit I tend to do retrospectives. Sometimes I like to look back and see what I've done and what impact it has had on me, to see if I can learn something from it all."
After her presentation, the guest answered numerous questions from our PR students, and expressed her hope that her entrepreneurial story would motivate students to embark on the path of entrepreneurship themselves.
"It is a great honor for me to be in the role of a lecturer at a faculty. Thank you to Hrvoje for persuading me to do this. Thank you to VERN' University for the nice reception. I enjoyed that hour and I hope that I was interesting to the students. I hope that my experience will motivate someone, maybe someone will see that all adversity is actually a catalyst. If I succeeded in that, I am immensely happy."
