How to talk about mental health? What can you do for your wellbeing?
Student Wellbeing invites you to the "Brave Talk" training/workshop , where you will learn, along with specific tools, how to:
- recognize signs of mental health difficulties,
- open a conversation about mental health,
- talk to a person dealing with mental health difficulties,
- provide support from a friend's perspective.
Come to the workshop that will take place on Friday, October 31st at 11:40 AM in room 099, ground floor. Duration: 90 minutes.
The training/workshop will be held by Marijana Bokun, MA in Political Sociology and expert associate at the Igra Association, and Maria Santini, MA in Psychology.
The Igra Association, in collaboration with Maybelline New York, has been implementing the "Brave Together" initiative for the fifth year, aimed at providing free online psychosocial support and destigmatizing mental health difficulties.
You will find the invitation on your Studomatic, and registration is mandatory . The activation of applications to Studomatic starts on October 28 at 2:00 p.m. and lasts until October 30 at 6:00 p.m.
