Instructions for enrollment through the state matriculation examination

This registration model is intended for:

• to all candidates who are in the "become a student" system during the summer enrollment period this year.

Registration procedure:

1. Ispuniti, ako već niste, online prijavnicu studija u VERN’ov informacijski sustav:

Nakon popunjavanja prijavnice dobit ćete korisničke podatke za prijavu na osobni studenstki portal Studomatic te ćemo vas kontaktirati vezano za:

• sva pitanja o upisu i studiranju koja vas mogu interesirati
•  instructions for possible exercise of the right to a tuition fee reduction (if you have not already done so)

Tuition

2. Rezervacija upisnog mjesta – uplata upisne rate

Rezervaciju upisnog mjesta predstavlja uplata upisne rate u iznosu od 2.500,00 kn, koja je uključena u školarinu za prvu godinu studija.
Primjer popunjene uplatnice možete pronaći na dva mjesta:

• na linku: vern.hr/uplatnica gdje se nalazi i QR kod za mobilno bankarstvo;
• na Vašem studentskom portalu: Studomatic – pod Obrasci, Primjer popunjene uplatnice.

3. Ovjera potpisa i predaja ugovora o studiranju

Ugovor o studiranju bit će aktiviran na studentskom portalu nakon registracije uplate upisne rate.
Ugovore sa studentske strane potpisujete vi i jamac/uplatitelj, a potpisivanje, odnosno ovjeru potpisa moguće je obaviti na dva načina:

• At the student office of VERN' University (Palmotićeva 82/1) – You and the guarantor/payer should come to the student office where we will print out your copies of the contract and sign it by presenting the signatory's ID cards or passports.
• At a notary public – You and the guarantor/payer, with printed and unsigned copies (4 copies) of the contract from the student portal, have the signatures certified by a notary public. Deliver the contracts with certified signatures to the student office in person, or exceptionally, you can send them by mail.

4. Završetak upisa – predaja preostale upisne dokumentacije

Enrollment documentation is submitted to the student office, and for enrollment in the study program, the following is required: 

• Predati originale svjedodžbi od 1. do 4. razreda srednje škole te svjedodžbu o završnom ispitu i/ili svjedodžbu o položenoj državnoj maturi
• present your ID card upon registration
• predati ugovor o studiranju sukladno koraku 4.
• strani državljani prilažu i presliku odgovarajućeg dokaza o državljanstvu

Upisi u ljetnom upisnom roku traju do petka 29. srpnja 2022.
