VERN' University is the first and only private university in Croatia founded according to the demanding existing legal regulations.
VERN's founder Branko Štefanović, in an interview for the most widely read portal in the education sector, Srednja.hr, briefly summarized VERN's 30-year organic growth, the beginning of the academic activities of VERN' University, and the start of classes in three completely new and unique university studies in Croatia and the region - Cyber Communications, Internet of Things, and Transmedia Dramaturgy.
Since VERN' is the first and only private university in Croatia founded according to the demanding existing legal regulations, he also commented on the legal framework and method of evaluating quality in higher education, "speed bumps on the open highway", as well as VERN's successful transition from contact to online teaching in the conditions of the coronavirus pandemic.
