Undergraduate – enrollment of transfer students from other higher education institutions

U tijeku su prijave na prijediplomske studije s početkom nastave u ožujku i listopadu 2026.

Candidates who have studied or are currently studying at another higher education institution and wish to continue their studies at VERN can enroll as follows:

1. Prijava putem informatičkog sustava

a) Prijava na VERN’ov informatički sustav

Potrebno je ispuniti neobvezujuću elektronička prijavu na studij(e) i odabrati željeni početak nastave (ožujak ili listopad): PRIJAVA

Po završetku prijave kandidat dobiva korisničke podatke za pristup studentskom portalu  Studomatic

(save your username and password as you will need them every time you access Studomatic)

b) Prijava na Nacionalni informacijski sustav

Ako ste državnu maturu završili prethodnih godina preporučuje se ispuniti prijavu na studij putem sustava postani-student.hr kako biste ostvarili pravo na upisnu kvotu.

2. Optional: 

a) Obtaining a tuition discount

Transfer candidates can participate in the Admissions Process to receive a tuition discount.

The amount of tuition fees depends on the points earned during the admission procedure (and/or at the state graduation exam), and you can view the details at the following tuition fee link. 

b) Recognition of exams from a previous higher education institution 

Transfer candidates may submit an application for exam recognition. The application for exam recognition must state the study program and higher education institution from which the candidate comes.

Along with the application for exam recognition, candidates must submit:

• syllabi of subjects from previous studies,
• transcript of grades from previous studies.

3. Enrollment

Enrollment steps for candidates who have achieved the right to enroll:

1. The enrollment fee is 350.00 euros and is included in the tuition fee for the first year of study. An example of a payment slip can be found at the link: vern.hr/uplatnica
2. Submission of enrollment documentation:

• submit original certificates from 1st to 4th grade of high school 
• submit a certificate of passing the state matriculation examination
• submit a study contract printed from the student portal Studomatic .
• present your ID card upon registration
• send a digital photo* for your student ID card (Xica) to e-mail: xica@vern.hr
• Foreign citizens must also attach a copy of the appropriate proof of citizenship.

**The digital photo must be 300 x 300 px or larger, made according to the instructions for creating personal documentation. The photo must include your name and surname.

Enrollment documentation can be submitted in three ways:

1. in person at the student office
2. by land mail (in this case, the "Study Agreement" must be certified by a notary public)
3. by email in PDF format (In this case, the signature on the "Study Agreement" must be certified by a notary public). After sending the enrollment documentation by email (online enrollment), the student is obliged to submit the original Study Agreement to the student office and present the original certificates for inspection.
