Enroll via “Become a student”
1. Prijava interesa za studij na postani-student.hr
Putem postani-student.hr potrebno je prijaviti interes za upis na željene studije Sveučilišta VERN’ te osvježite osobne podatke radi što kvalitetnije komunikacije o prijemnim i upisnim postupcima.
2. Prijava u informatički sustav VERN’a (Studomatic)
It is necessary to fill out the online study application:
Upon completion of the application, you will receive a username and password to access the student portal.
3. Bodovanje na postani-student.hr
Za bodovanje putem postani-student.hr propisani su sljedeći uvjeti vrednovanja:

4. Upisi
Ulaskom unutar kvote za odabrani studij, kandidat ostvaruje pravo upisa na taj studij. Završna potvrda studentskog statusa izabranog VERN’ovog studija odvija se na portalima maturanata, putem središnjeg informatičkog sustava www.postani-student.hr.
Enrollment steps for candidates who have achieved the right to enroll:
- The enrollment fee is 350.00 euros and is included in the tuition fee for the first year of study. An example of a payment slip can be found at the link: vern.hr/uplatnica
- Submission of enrollment documentation:
- submit original certificates from 1st to 4th grade of high school
- submit a certificate of passing the state matriculation examination
- submit a study contract printed from the student portal Studomatic .
- present your ID card upon registration
- send a digital photo* for your student ID card (Xica) to e-mail: xica@vern.hr
- Foreign citizens must also attach a copy of the appropriate proof of citizenship.
*The digital photo must be 300 x 300 px or larger, made according to the instructions for creating personal documentation. The photo must include your name and surname.
Enrollment documentation can be submitted in three ways:
- in person at the student office
- by land mail (in this case, the "Study Agreement" must be certified by a notary public)
- by email in PDF format (In this case, the signature on the "Study Agreement" must be certified by a notary public). After sending the enrollment documentation by email (online enrollment), the student is obliged to submit the original Study Agreement to the student office and present the original certificates for inspection.
5. Dodatne mogućnosti
*Kriterij iz tablice “Prijemni postupak (nije obavezan)”:
- omogućuje ostvarivanje bodova za povoljniju školarinu
- omogućuje ostvarivanje do 350 dodatnih bodova u sklopu upisa putem državne mature
- omogućuje pravo na pripreme (repeticije) za državnu maturu
Besplatne pripreme (repeticije) za polaganje državne mature
Pripreme (repeticije) će se održavati u online formatu sredinom travnja, dok su termini uživo planirani za kraj svibnja. Polaznici će moći odabrati način pohađanja i termine koji im najbolje odgovaraju, a točni datumi i raspored bit će objavljeni naknadno. Svaki ciklus traje ukupno 30 školskih sati.
Pripreme će biti organizirane za:
- Matematiku B (online i uživo)
- Hrvatski jezik (online i uživo)

The following points are awarded in the Admissions Process:
- average grade point average of the first three grades of high school
- motivacijski razgovor
- provjera općih sposobnosti (za koju nisu potrebne pripreme)
Postupak za akademsku stipendiju održat će se u sljedećim terminima:
- subota, 21. ožujka u 12:30 sati
- subota, 11. travnja u 12:30 sati
**Kriterij iz tablice “Dodatna provjera”
Za upis na studij Filmskog, televizijskog i multimedijskog oblikovanja, uz navedeno bodovanje, obavezno je pristupiti i stručnom dijelu Prijemnog postupka, na koji će kandidati za ovaj studij biti pozvani.
The professional part for this study consists of:
1. viewing and analysis of an audiovisual work
2. writing an essay on a given topic based on an audiovisual work
3. essay presentations to the expert committee
