The film was written and directed by student Dina Uglešić, whose thesis is also hers.
Kratkometražni igrani film Pater familias studentice VERN’ovog diplomskog studija Filmske i TV režije i produkcije Dine Uglešić, osvojio je nagradu za najbolji strani film na 19. međunarodnom studentskom filmskom festivalu EarlyBird koji je održan u Sofiji.
This is the first award for a film that has so far been screened at three film festivals – Pula Film Festival 2023, Student World Impact Film Festival 2023 and SHORT TO THE POINT (STTP) – while Bulgaria was its fourth stop, and the fifth will be the 55th Croatian Film Festival (competition program).
Dini je ovo već treći filmski uradak kojemu se smiješi bogata festivalska turneja, koju je ovoga puta u Bugarskoj popratila i VERN’ova studentica Allina Nicolis, inače izvršna producentica na filmu.
