Our colleague Davorin Štetner was elected as a member of the Board of Directors of the world's largest organization of business angels, the European Business Angels Network (EBAN).

Our colleague Davorin Štetner , president of the Croatian Network of Business Angels - CRANE and owner of the Kreator Group, was elected as a member of the Board of Directors of this organization at the general assembly of the world's largest organization of business angels, the European Business Angels Network (EBAN).
EBAN represents the world's largest community of business angels, investors, accelerators, incubators and other stakeholders of the startup ecosystem from more than 60 different countries, which are estimated to invest more than 7.5 billion euros annually in various entrepreneurial projects.
Davorin has served as the president of the EBAN CEE zone since 2016, which he will continue to do, and it is important to note that in the 19 years of EBAN's existence, this is the first time that a person from Croatia has been elected to the Board of Directors .
"I am proud that the members of the EBAN assembly have recognized my and CRANE's engagement. It is a great honor to be among experienced investors who have invested tens of millions of euros and actively shaped the startup ecosystem. I believe that we have proven ourselves to EBAN by excellently organizing the largest startup conference in the history of Croatia - EBAN Winter University, which we organized in Zagreb in 2016. I have many ideas on how to do things even better and I believe that I will justify the trust that has been shown in me by this election. This is also a great recognition of Croatia and our startup community, because no one from our country has been elected to this body so far," Davorin told us.
Congratulations!
