The head of VERN's undergraduate study program in Public Relations and Media Studies , Assistant Professor Marija Slijepčević, PhD, was a guest in mid-December on the podcast of the Dubrovnik Center for Information Verification and Civic Resilience DU-CHECK, an initiative of the Faculty of Media and Public Relations of the University of Dubrovnik.
The lecturer of the course Media Literacy and Fact-Checking, together with the presenter and editor Žarko Dragojević, commented on the state of the Croatian media scene, the completion of VERN's fact-checking project, students' interest in discovering the truth, but also some global trends in the segment of media literacy, information verification and general awareness.
