The main topic of the conference was trust between students and teachers.

The first international conference in Croatia for teacher support, entitled "TeachDays25 - TRUST", was held in Rovinj, bringing together primary and secondary school teachers and experts from the fields of education, psychology, neuroscience and communications .

The aim of this conference was to offer current thoughts on the topic of "trust as a prerequisite for successful cooperation" , and Tanja Sever (specialist in clinical psychology), Dr. Vida Škreb (neuroscientist), Dr. Sc. Nada Kaiser (psychotherapist, educator and supervisor), Dr. Dan Ebener (full professor at St. Ambrose University, USA), Silvia Juratovac (counseling therapist and consultant), Darko Špoljar (principal of the Đurđevac Vocational School), Dražen Hinek (principal of the Mate Balote Primary School in Buje), Ingrid Sau (principal of the Zvane Črnje Secondary School in Rovinj) and Emil Nimčević (principal of the Eugen Kumičić Vocational School in Rovinj) spoke about trust between parents, students, teachers and the system from various aspects.

The speakers' introductory presentations were merely an occasion for discussion and exchange of opinions among the participants, who agreed on the following conclusions of the conference:
- Along with trust, dedication also plays a significant role in mutual relationships,
- Trust is not a luxury, but a prerequisite for learning,
- Children may not remember everything they are taught, but they will remember how they felt around the teacher.
"Children who feel safe - explore, ask, make mistakes and grow. Trust creates an environment in which the brain opens up to new information, and when children experience trust, they build self-confidence and skills for a lifetime," Dr. Vida Škreb indicated during her presentation.
"In the teacher-student relationship, it is important to pay attention to details. In this context, verbal and non-verbal communication are equally important, and the prerequisite for good communication is mutual trust," emphasized Silvia Juratovac after the conference.

The first international conference for teacher support "TeachDays25" was jointly organized by Meč point , a center for increasing the efficiency of companies, athletes and individuals, and VERN' University as an academic partner, under the patronage of the City of Rovinj and with the partner support of the Education Agency and the Zvane Črnje High School from Rovinj .
