Upis putem prijemnog Postupka za akademsku stipendiju
U prijemnom Postupku za akademsku stipendiju boduju se:
- average grade point average of the first three grades of high school
- motivational interview (duration up to 15 min.)
- general ability test (for which no preparation is required), (duration up to 60 min.)
Sudjelovanjem u prijemnom Postupku za akademsku stipendiju budući studenti mogu:
- Earn points for cheaper tuition
- Earn additional points that are enrolled in the state matura (up to 350 points)
- Gain the right to preparations (rehearsals) for the state graduation exam ( learn more )
- To exercise the right to enroll in studies if they meet one of the following conditions:
- passed the state matriculation examination or
- completed four-year secondary education in the Republic of Croatia before 2010 or
- completed previous education outside the Republic of Croatia or
- transfer from another study/faculty
U prijemnom Postupku za akademsku stipendiju mogu sudjelovati kandidati koji:
- are graduating from four-year high school this school year
- have completed four-year high school in the previous years
- have completed high school outside the Republic of Croatia
- transfer students from other faculties

Koraci za upis putem prijemnog Postupka za akademsku stipendiju
1. Prijava u informatički sustav VERN’a
Potrebno je popuniti neobvezujuću online prijavu na studij:
Upon completion of the application, you will receive a username and password to access the student portal.
2. Prijemni Postupak za akademsku stipendiju
Nakon popunjavanja prijavnice kandidati će biti pozvani na prijemni Postupak za akademsku stipendiju.
Nakon obavljenog prijemnog Postupka kandidati će biti obaviješteni e-mailom o rezultatima u roku od najviše tri radna dana.
Exceptionally:
in order to enroll in the study of Film, television and multimedia design , in addition to the mentioned points, it is mandatory to attend the professional part of the Admission procedure , to which candidates for this study will be invited.
The professional part for this study consists of:
- viewing and analysis of audiovisual works
- writing an essay on a given topic based on an audiovisual work
- essay presentations to the expert committee

3. Registration process
- The enrollment fee is 350.00 euros and is included in the tuition fee for the first year of study. An example of a payment slip can be found at the link: vern.hr/uplatnica
- Submission of enrollment documentation:
- submit original certificates from 1st to 4th grade of high school
- submit a certificate of passing the state matriculation examination
- submit a study contract printed from the student portal Studomatic .
- present your ID card upon registration
- send a digital photo* for your student ID card (Xica) to e-mail: xica@vern.hr
- Foreign citizens must also attach a copy of the appropriate proof of citizenship.
*The digital photo must be 300 x 300 px or larger, made according to the instructions for creating personal documentation. The photo must include your name and surname.
Enrollment documentation can be submitted in three ways:
- in person at the student office
- by land mail (in this case, the "Study Agreement" must be certified by a notary public)
- by email in PDF format (In this case, the signature on the "Study Agreement" must be certified by a notary public). After sending the enrollment documentation by email (online enrollment), the student is obliged to submit the original Study Agreement to the student office and present the original certificates for inspection.
