"After several years spent in the Council as a member, and then three years as president, I can say that we have achieved many valuable successes. I would like to thank all members, partners, media representatives and all stakeholders for the high-quality cooperation so far, and I wish the new leadership a lot of luck and success in their work given the challenges they face. I believe in the work of the Council in the upcoming mandate period," said Karlo, whose last term ends on November 19.

Dora Miketek , a student at the University of Health Sciences in Zagreb and the previous vice-president, was elected as the new president of the Council, who emphasized that the Council achieved significant "successes and initiatives in the past year that clearly demonstrated the role and size of this representative body. I am proud that we have done a lot together, but I know that we can and will achieve even more on a well-built foundation."
