Along with my colleague Pnjak, our student Rika Szabo was also elected to lead the Council, as head of the Office for Student Standards and Quality.

At the election session of the Student Council of Polytechnics and Colleges of the Republic of Croatia, which was held on November 8 at the Zagreb Polytechnic, a student of VERN's graduate study in Human Resources Management, Ivan Pnjak, was elected as the new president of the Student Council , for a one-year term.
Katarina Šarac from the Velika Gorica Polytechnic was also elected to the presidency as secretary, while Alen Abdulahović from the Rijeka Polytechnic and Nikolina Jurjević from the Zagreb School of Economics and Management were elected as deputy presidents.
At the election session, the heads of seven offices of the Student Council were also elected, who together with the presidency make up the Student Council Leadership, and among those elected is VERN'a student Rika Szabo , who will serve as the head of the Office for Student Standards and Quality .
We congratulate our students on their election to this important body , which represents the interests of more than 45,000 students of polytechnics and colleges in the higher education system.
