Course objectives
The course aims to provide students with insight into the basic types of models and the principles, methods and phases of business process modeling. Furthermore, the objectives include introducing students to the basic elements of standardized notation for representing business processes and showing how business process modeling affects business planning and how to adapt to changes within the framework of business needs.
