About the studio
Modern techno-managers assess financial risk and all necessary activities for the realization of the business and production plan!
Do you have any idea of the potential of technical management? According to estimates by the Project Management Institute, by 2030 this sector will generate more than 2 million jobs each year.
Project managers, technical directors, project engineers and production managers are just some of the most in-demand jobs in this sector. At the same time, future experts in the field of technical management represent an ideal "match" of knowledge and skills for the production and research facilities of companies such as BMW, Siemens, Philips, Google, Microsoft, IBM, Rimac, Bosch...
Type
Three-year professional undergraduate study
Start of classes
March 2026 (for transfer students) October 2026
ECTS credits
180 points
Duration
6 semesters
What knowledge will you gain during your studies?
Basic knowledge
During your studies, you will gain fundamental knowledge in mathematics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering, and computing, which will enable you to manage complex technological processes. Master the mathematical concepts that are applied in engineering disciplines and create a solid foundation for further learning. Develop your computer skills and learn how to automate processes and analyze data. The basics of mechanical and electrical engineering will provide you with a better understanding of technical processes, and the basics of civil engineering will teach you how to manage construction and maintenance projects.
Professional and technical knowledge
Professional and technical knowledge will prepare you for various aspects of technical management.
Knowledge of mechanics, strength, and hydromechanics will enable you to identify and resolve technical challenges that may arise during a project. You will be able to recognize weaknesses in design or execution and take appropriate steps to improve.
Technical documentation, production organization, logistics and quality control will be key in project management and production processes.
Knowledge of material and construction technology and elements of buildings and installations will help you in building and managing facilities and maintaining their functionality.
You will need knowledge of electronics and digital circuits and electrical power engineering in managing electronic equipment, production lines, or, for example, in understanding electrical power systems in various technical fields.
Business knowledge
Technical management combines technical and business knowledge. Therefore, you will learn from economics, management, accounting, finance, and business planning, how to create a successful business strategy, how to manage finances and teams, how to analyze the market, or how to market a product.
Soft skills
Soft skills are the link between technical and business knowledge. They enable you to communicate better and work with people. Organizational psychology will help you learn how to motivate people and work in a team. It will also teach you how to deal with conflict and stress in the workplace, which will one day help you manage people. Technical English will be your essential tool for competitiveness in international business and will make it easier for you to work with colleagues from other countries.
