Course objectives
The goal of the course is to introduce students to basic mathematical concepts that will make it easier for them to follow classes in other courses. The acquired knowledge should enable students to follow economic analyses more easily, provide them with a deeper understanding of mathematical functions of one variable, and facilitate their understanding of basic concepts in programming courses.
