Entry requirements for the programme: Full qualification at level 4.1 (tourism and hospitality sector or 3 years of work experience in the tourism and hospitality sector)
The educational program Organization and Implementation of Events in Tourism is aimed at acquiring the competencies necessary for the effective organization and implementation of events within the tourism sector, including managing the resources required for implementation, determining the functionality of these resources, and coordinating with external stakeholders.
During practical work, participants will gain knowledge about managing professional staff during events, including motivation and knowledge transfer skills. They will develop the ability to adapt their communication approach to different people, which is essential for collaboration within the team and with external collaborators. The emphasis will be on event implementation, where participants will manage potentially critical situations and use a flow chart during implementation. Through simulations and practical activities, participants will learn to react effectively in dynamic circumstances, ensuring that all elements of the event proceed according to plan.
The aim of the program is to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to organize and implement events that are successful and tailored to the needs of the participants. Through active participation and exchange of experiences, participants will acquire competencies that are crucial for working in the dynamic environment of the tourism sector.

What is an education voucher?
The Education Voucher is a financial support from the Croatian Employment Service, which, in cooperation with educational institutions, allocates public funds for adult education. Each voucher user is enabled to independently choose an educational program, as well as an education provider, among which VERN' University proudly takes its place.
Who can use the voucher?
Vouchers can be used by all unemployed and employed persons over the age of 15, who are guaranteed the acquisition of the necessary skills for career development, employment or job retention.
The right to use vouchers is not exercised by persons in the regular education system (pupils), persons in the higher education and science system (students), and pension beneficiaries.
Using the program is simple and easily accessible:
- The first step is to request the offer you need below on the selected program in order to submit a request to the CES. The offer is not binding and serves only to register for the use of the voucher on the CES website.
- The second step is to visit the website vauceri.hzz.hr where you will find all the details about the application process.
Programs covered by the education voucher system are held on the premises of VERN' University (VERN' Cube, Palmotićeva 82/1, Zagreb), and are available to participants from all over Croatia through online classes.
