Competencies (what you will learn)
- participate in the planning and implementation of project activities in the upcoming period/reporting period
- plan the creation of necessary documentation related to project activities according to the phases of the project proposal in their area/scope of work
- choose ways of communicating with all stakeholders when organizing work, performing business/project activities and solving problems
- ensure project visibility in accordance with the rules
- participate in monitoring costs and ensuring liquidity in all phases of the project
- manage e-documents in order to provide administrative support during project management
- participate in the preparation of reports on the achieved measurable project outcomes and the achievement of project objectives
- identify the project implementation phases, purpose, objective and measurable outcomes of the project
- participate in the preparation of a project proposal/project application for clients (entrepreneurs)
- implement prescribed normative acts, procedures and standards in business operations in their area/scope of work
