Course objectives
The aim of the course is to introduce students to the importance of the operational planning and monitoring process (OPP) and participation in such processes. To this end, students will be introduced in detail to the contents of working on operational planning and monitoring processes in order to achieve optimal results in development work, including procedures for implementing solutions. The application of operational planning and monitoring will provide knowledge about this process as the main process in managing production and other systems.
