The Project Management course deals with the basics of project work. It aims to acquaint students with the basic knowledge and tools needed to manage projects in all phases of the project life cycle: initiation, planning, monitoring and control, execution and closure of the project. The goal of the course is to teach students the basic principles of project management, the role of the project manager, and to familiarize them with agile project management through theoretical and practical work. The goal is to show, by managing individual project phases, how to implement the project with the use of the most favorable resources in order to reduce the risk, ensure the agreed quality and ultimately evaluate the success of the project. In addition to the legality of project management, students will learn about the importance of the context in which the project is carried out, and the specifics of teamwork on projects.
