Course objectives
The purpose, goals and objectives of this course are to introduce students to organizational theories, the main factors shaping an organization, and to explain the methods and issues of establishing organizational structures, as well as to point out the architecture and design of modern organizations. Today's organizational models must follow the requirements of modern information technology and thus shape their organizational structure in a modern way. Starting from this, students will also be introduced to the method of shaping organizational structures, as well as all the key elements for building an organization in the era of digital transformation. Since an organization is dynamic and in constant motion, special attention will be paid to changes as well as the development of the organization and the learning organization.
