Course objectives
Students will gain the knowledge necessary to develop elements of mission, vision, strategic goals, strategies, and measures. They will also be introduced to the structure and method of developing a performance measurement plan, as well as the design and use of the necessary IT support for performance measurement. They will be trained to independently develop a performance measurement plan and its implementation in a measurement support tool.
