Course objectives
To introduce students to the basic business processes in manufacturing organizations and other profit and non-profit organizations. To present the company as a system and explain the role of modern information and communication technologies in its management. To systematize processes into catalog groups. To systematize information, material and other flows in organizations. To study in detail the business logic and algorithms of the functioning of typical business processes.
