Course objectives
Learn the importance of business analysis and the controlling process in a company's operations and their contribution to achieving set business goals. Understand the historical development of controlling, and learn about the role of the controller as a consultant and expert interlocutor for all levels of management. Know how to analyze business, create information from data, and participate in the controlling process. Acquire knowledge and skills for business analysis - be able to diagnose the current situation in the company and offer suggestions for development, taking into account the dynamics of internal and external factors.
