Course objectives
Indicate and define the sources of contractual commercial law and the essential components of individual contracts. Enable understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of selecting contracts for specific situations, and means of reinforcement for contract fulfillment. Enable acquisition of the professional level of skills necessary to successfully perform negotiation tasks, identify the credibility and economic capabilities of potential co-contractors, select the most favorable contracts to conclude, introduce your own forms and/or formulations in negotiations, monitor the fulfillment of obligations, insure against possible damages, respond promptly to non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment, and avoid the application of an unfavorable legal system or court in the event of a dispute.
