Course objectives
Provide knowledge that will enable the analysis of structural and functional aspects of financial institutions, institutional investors, and money markets, capital markets, financial derivatives markets, and foreign exchange markets, as well as identify the reasons and effects of financial system regulation. Enable students to identify the characteristics of different types of securities and derivatives in financial markets. Provide knowledge and skills necessary for acquiring competencies for successful business in modern conditions, which implies continuous monitoring of the financial environment in order to timely adjust financial policy and optimize the investment and issuance position of the company.
