Course objectives
To indicate the necessary specialist knowledge of the concepts, methods and techniques of financial mathematics, and their use in analyzing the situation and making business decisions. To focus on understanding the concepts and their use in planning and controlling financial operations. To encourage the development of an analytical approach in considering complex financial problems using mathematical techniques and methods, especially for obtaining efficient solutions applicable in practice. To enable the acquisition of professional level skills necessary for the application of the adopted concepts and techniques in a modern business environment.
