Course objectives
The course aims to equip students with an understanding of the theory, practice, tools and techniques of business consulting and to help them achieve successful careers in both profit and non-profit organizations. Attending the course will help students understand and determine the requirements for business consulting in organizations, and introduce them to the issues and stage of development of business consulting as a propulsive scientific and professional discipline. The course also aims to introduce students to the architecture and phases of the consulting process and to present the elements of business consulting as part of the organizational development process.
