Course objectives
The course is designed to enable students to: (1) acquire specific knowledge and skills in the field of controlling as professional support to management within the practice of business management and decision-making in a changing and unpredictable business environment, (2) apply controlling models and techniques in the analysis of current potentials and in building future potentials for successful business, (3) connect the managerial function of controlling with the field of human resources management.
