Course objectives
The main goal of this course is to familiarize students with the basic principles of knowledge management in organizations. The elements and models of the knowledge management system will be explained to them, and the practical application of tools and methods for collecting, formalizing, storing and exchanging knowledge will be brought closer to them. Additionally, students will be taught advanced knowledge related to the concept of knowledge and knowledge management, implementation of the knowledge management model in the organization, strategic knowledge management and its role and significance for the competitive advantage of the company.
