Course objectives
The main goal of the course is to introduce students to basic concepts from organizational theory as well as contemporary trends in organizations, with a special emphasis on work processes and procedures that define jobs. Starting from the factors that influence the formation of an organization, students will become familiar with the way organizational structures are formed, as well as with all the key elements for building an organization. Students will also master the logic of organizational change and organizational development and be trained in accepting contemporary organizational trends in any organization. By becoming familiar with the forms and types of organizations and business processes in a company, they gain a quality and stable foundation for future successful behavior in the business environment.
