Course objectives
The aim of the course is to introduce students to the concept of organizational behavior, which explains and predicts behavior in organizations at three levels – individual, group, and within the organizational system as a whole. Furthermore, the aim is to achieve a good understanding of the characteristics of behavior at each of these three levels and to know the appropriate tools and techniques of organizational interventions to achieve optimal organizational effectiveness.
