Course objectives
To introduce students to: 1) the basic model of strategic management of an organization and the process of determining strategic position, shaping strategic directions, and implementing and evaluating strategies; 2) the interrelationship between business strategy and human resources strategy; 3) the differences between strategic and operational planning and human resources management; 4) the process model of comprehensive human resources management in an organization.
