Course objectives
The main goal of the student internship is to apply the acquired knowledge and skills of management and work in human resources departments, coordination and supervision of human resources management activities in the segment of selection of future personnel, employment, education and professional and personal development of employees, professional support for work in existing human resources departments, as well as the formation and development of future departments, in accordance with economic development, work-place design, retention, succession, separation, rationalization and retirement of employees, marketing, mentoring, statistics and prevention of negative effects of work stress and burnout, etc. The goals of the internship are also aimed at concretizing the preparation of the graduate thesis.
