Course objectives
The main goal of this course is to enable the acquisition of knowledge about a series of activities for designing, implementing and maintaining a system of material and non-material employee rewards that will have an encouraging effect on their work engagement and ensure loyalty to the company. In order to successfully master the basic techniques and methods used in developing a reward strategy and developing independence in applying the acquired knowledge, special attention will be paid to the activities of analyzing examples and comparisons from practice.
