Course objectives
The fundamental goal of this course is to introduce students to the elements, principles and methodology of performance management systems and to existing solutions for measuring work performance and career management in various business systems. The goal is also to encourage students to think analytically and connect theoretical and practical knowledge about performance management and careers with other functions and activities of human resources management. Experts in the field of human resources management will participate as guest lecturers in the course.
