Course objectives
The fundamental goal of this course is to shed light on the psychological and other mechanisms behind the introduction of organizational changes that are largely responsible for the success or failure of reform and/or transition processes, especially in crisis situations and periods. In addition, students will be introduced to recent findings on the change (and crisis) management process, positive and negative examples of the introduction of organizational changes, and the activities of people responsible for managing human resources before, during, and after the introduction of changes.
