Course objectives
The main goal of the course is to introduce students to the determinants and characteristics of group behavior as a basis for analyzing, understanding, and managing the various phases of the team process. In addition, the goal is to introduce students, through direct experience, to the dynamics of interpersonal relationships in order to develop skills for more effective teamwork and team leadership.
