Course objectives
To introduce students to basic concepts, the historical development of management and the influence on the development of basic managerial functions; To discuss relevant issues of modern management, which will enable students to identify and overcome existing and potential problems that management faces when making decisions in a changing business environment; To enable understanding and connection between planning, organizing, human resource management, leading and controlling.
