Course objectives
The fundamental goal of the course is to introduce students to the basic concepts of management accounting and the use of management accounting information in making business decisions. Within the course, students will be introduced to the role and importance of management planning, cost management and control, and the evaluation of the success of implemented activities, master the basic concepts, techniques, and methods of management accounting as an integral part of business management, and build a foundation for studying related disciplines that await them in their further studies and applying the acquired knowledge to other professional areas and disciplines.
